Founded in 1997 by a group of professionals with many years of experience in Land & Building Surveying our expertise and experience instils confidence in our clients making Geomatics UK one of the foremost land surveying & construction site setting out specialists.
We have worked in the surveying industry since 1972 giving us an unparalleled wealth of experience in our field. We have worked for high profiled clients in the UK and abroad and also undertake smaller, private/residential client's contracts locally in the North East region.
In recent years we have surveyed and set out houses in Consett and the South Tyneside Steads, provided detailed survey drawings to settle land disputes, worked for a broad range of private clients on residential developments (extensions etc.) and provided computer generated drawings to customer's Architects and Builders to set out extensions and developments.
